Missing child...

Another test of faith has come upon me as my child came up missing this past Friday night. And it was all a matter of lack of communication. All turned out well as he was at a friends house & safe from any harm. However, for several hours I was beside myself as a parent. As each minute, and hour past by I grew more and more helpless as a parent. My emotions were running wild. I have had a few scares before where I could not find one of my children for a brief period, but it never got to the point where I had to actually call the police. At that point I felt as though there was nothing else that I could do on my own & needed assistance.

Has anyone else has this experience? If so, what were your thoughts? Feelings? And so on? Share your story about your experience.
