How does devastation motivate you?

How does devastation motivate you? Is it something you are just intrigued to hear about, and watch to give you some type of superficial satisfaction to feed your ego with? Is it meaningless conversations to talk about with your colleges, co-workers, or neighbors...yet don't bother to make any effort to change it or make it better? Or does devastation give you reason to offer your assistance where needed, or even inspire you to inspire others? Truthfully....we all need to take our own part in mending our world. We all have a responsibility in maintaining peace, happiness, and safety among us on this entire planet.

Our world, as we see it, is falling apart all around us. And media is our informer today, or I should say it is what we rely on most. Yet so many cries for help aren't covered on the media...they go unnoticed, and many times unsupported, and sadly....many fail. And it is obvious that many people in our world are just simply too busy in their own self involved lives to allow enough space for others, or they are too lazy to lift a hand and always have great excuses, or they just simply don't care about anyone but themselves. While we do have so many wonderful people who offer many different services to help others in a variety of ways....those individuals are not enough!

Allow your heart to lead you the way in helping others in their difficult times. Use your strength, knowledge, resources, expertise, skills, and passions to move forward and bless others. This is the movement I have been talking about...to bless others so that they in turn are better able to extend those good deeds by having the opportunity to offer their own blessings in the world. Please...do your part!
