| There is a reason for relationships in our lives. We must learn to acknowledge these relationships for their purpose.
Some are permanent, like family for instance...people who we can (not always) but commonly trust, depend on, and value in our lives. They are people who we can rely on for safety, support, and encouragement throughout our lives. They bless us in a variety of ways that help us grow & bring an abundance of joy, and love our way.
There are others who are temporary relationships, and many times they are actually stepping stones for our growth in various ways like financial, social, etc.; including mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual growth. God brings them into our lives as a part of a lesson we learn in life, or as an assistance in our growth in some way or another. These relationships can be personal, and they can appear as good experiences or bad experiences. But at some point, they usually come to an end. They were not meant to be permanently fixed relationships such as our family members, or a spouse can be for example.
Acknowledge each relationship you have with different people & exactly "what" you benefit from that relationship. Value those that bless you in different ways. And for those that hinder you in some way, learn the lesson you are being challenged with. | |
